You can arrive from Thursday, July 17, 2025 from 12 noon.
After that, the entrance and box office is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Please depart on Sunday until 3 p.m.

Address

The paddock entrance is next to "Rohrüh 1, 24398 Dörphof".
Please note that our neighbors who live there are not part of our festival.

Accessibility

Unfortunately, we are unable to organize our festival barrier-free.
If you need more information to assess whether the festival is accessible to you, please send an email to info@wischfest.com
There will be a Dixi for wheelchair users.

ATM

The nearest ATM is in the next village Karby, a 3-minute drive away.

Accident

If an accident happens at the campsite and you need help sorting it out, contact someone in a purple high-visibility vest.

Box office

The box office opens at the same time as the entrance. (All tickets are €5 more expensive at the box office than pre ordered ones.)
The entrance and box office are open on thursday from 12 noon and on friday and saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Camping

You can camp with a car, tent, caravan and motorhome.
We have a requirement from the public order office that, for fire safety reasons, a distance of 3 meters must be left between the nearest tent, car, etc. Please pay attention to this.

Catering

If you don't want to bring your own food and drinks, we have everything for you:
We have breakfast, warm food and ice cream for you.
With meat, vegetarian and vegan.
At the bar we have soft drinks (also zero), water, beer (also non-alcoholic), mixers and of course our fantastic Schädel.
You can find running water at the water station near the entrance to the stage area. The water comes from the farm next door, but has not been tested and is therefore no drinking water.
Water is available at the bar for €1 per cup.

Cash

Currently we can only accept cash at the entrance, the bar and the grill. However, for Wischfest merch you have the option of paying via PayPal.

Children

The whole family is welcomed. Children pay a reduced price, see D for discounts

Directions

The satnav will take you to "Rohrüh 1, 24398 Dörphof" if you search for "Wischfest". The paddock entrance is next to it.
By CAR:
If you don't want to use a satnav, you can get there as follows:
From the A7, take the Rendsburg/Büdelsdorf exit in the direction of Eckernförde. In Eckernförde, follow the signs towards Kappeln (B203). Finally, take the Dörphof/Schuby exit and after about a kilometer you will come to the entrance.
The paddock entrance is next to "Rohrüh 1".
If you are coming from the direction of Kappeln, it is best to take the B203.
By BUS/TRAIN:
If you want to travel by public transport from the south, ideally take the train to Eckernförde and then take the 710 bus to Dörphof Grüntal and then walk another 700m.
From Flensburg and Schleswig, it is best to take the bus to Kappeln and then take the 710 bus in the direction of Eckernförde to Dörphof Grüntal and then walk another 700m.

Discount

Discounts are available for children aged 7 up to and including 12 and for people with disabilities with a GdB of 50 or over.
Admission is free for children up to and including 6 years and accompanying persons (mark B).

Disabled parking space

If you need a parking space close to the festival site, please let us know at the entrance and you will then be shown.

Drugs

At the Wischfest, everything that is legal is allowed. Anything that is illegal, obviously not.
Please take an ashtray with you at the entrance to the stage area and pay attention to those around you.

Drinks

At the bar we have soft drinks (also zero), water, beer (also non-alcoholic), mixers and of course our fantastic Schädel.
In the morning from 9:30 am we also have coffee for you.

Drinking water

You can find running water at the water station near the entrance to the stage area. The water comes from the farm next door, but has not been tested and is therefore no drinking water.
Water is available at the bar for €1 per cup.

Dixis

You will find Dixis distributed throughout the festival area, equipped with water and soap.
We’ll also have a Dixi for wheelchair users.
Please use them with care.

Dogs

Dogs on a leash are allowed. The well-behaved farm dog Balu runs around freely and might visit us sometime.

Music at the campsite

You are welcome to take your own music boxes with you to the campsite, but please pay attention to those around you.
From 10 p.m. we ask that you keep your music no louder than the speaking volume. Thanks!

Merchandise

You will find a merch tent on the stage area.
There's Wischfest merch and merch from the bands.
If you want to buy merch from a band, it's best to come to the merch shortly after the performance. The bands are not in the tent all day.

Motorhomes and caravans

You are welcome to arrive with your motorhome or caravan.

Night's rest

We have quiet time from 10 p.m. That's why the last band plays until 10 p.m. at the latest.
Afterwards there will be music at the after show party on our system but at an appropriate volume because we have to pay attention to the surrounding neighbors.
At the campsite, past 10 p.m., you must please turn your music down to speaking volume. Thanks!

Noise protection

Remember to bring your own hearing protection and definitely that of your children!

Open fire

Open fires are prohibited on the entire site.
Our area is surrounded by fields, we ask you to be really careful with anything that burns.

Parking

There is a parking lot for day visitors behind the entrance. Day visitors who need it are also allowed to drive through the campsite at the entrance to the disabled parking lot close to the festival site after prior arrangement.
Please park in the designated areas on the campsite; our guides will instruct you.
At the campground please make sure to leave 3 meters of space to the next car, tent, etc. This is an instruction from the public order office.

Pyrotechnics

Pyrotechnics are prohibited on the entire site.

The concerts start around 11 a.m. and last until 10 p.m. at the latest.

Sanitary facilities

There are Dixis with soap and water on the festival site. Unfortunately there are no showers. The nearest public showers (and the wonderful Baltic Sea) can be found at Schuby Beach.
You can find running water at the water station near the entrance to the stage area. The water comes from the farm next door, but has not been tested and is therefore not drinking water.
Water is available at the bar for €1 per cup.

Shower

Unfortunately we don't have showers at the festival.
It is about 5 minutes by car to the public showers and the Baltic Sea at Schuby Beach.

Stage area

The stage area opens daily at 9:30 a.m. so you can get breakfast, coffee and other drinks.
Access only with a festival wristband, please show this at the checkpoint.
You are allowed to take non-alcoholic drinks onto the stage in tetra packs and PET bottles.

Sun

Please remember your sun protection!
We try to provide you with enough sun-protected areas.

Supermarket/Shopping options

The nearest supermarket is in the next Village Pommerby, a 5-minute drive away.

Ticket issuance

If you want to save on ticket shipping, we will leave your tickets for you at the entrance, remember to bring your ID card and, if necessary, proof of a discount.
The box office opens at the same time as the entrance. All tickets are €5 more expensive at the box office than pre ordered ones.

Ticket delivery

We pack every ticket for you and bring it to the mailbox. Shipping should not take longer than a week.

Waste

We will give you garbage bags at the entrance.
On the campsite and the festival grounds you will find bins for your garbage and deposit donations. There are also plenty of ashtrays for you at the entrance to the festival grounds. Please separate your garbage!

Wristbands

You will receive your wristband directly at the entrance. This is the trailer with awning that you see as you drive into the paddock.

Washing

Weapons

Weapons of all kinds are prohibited.
Please also leave knives that are not bread knives or Swiss Army knives at home.
